The renewal period has ended and all open stalls have been filled from members off of our waiting list. If you know of anyone looking for a stall we have 3 left for 2024. Theses stalls are located on the Spectator side pit area. Stalls 106, 116 and 117. Please let us know if anyone is interested.
Your 2024 membership cards and parking passes were mailed out this morning. It should be arriving in the next few days. Please keep an eye out for it.

Final Reminder for 2024 Pit Stall Holders:
Our 2024 pit stall renewal period will end very soon. Only payments post marked by February 1, 2024 will be excepted. We will be filling open stalls from our current waiting list. If you are interested in a stall, we will continue to add to the list. The remainder request from the current list will be moved to 2025 renewal period along with new requests moving forward.
To all members who have completed the process. Mahalo for taking care of your obligations, your membership card and pit parking passes will be mailed to you before our first event.

2024 renewal packets will be sent out sometime next week for you 2024 Membership and Pit stalls renewals. Please read all material supplied so you understand the rules and requirements for this year. There should be no reason for not knowing the rules and requirements.
Mailing Address:
If any of you have changed mailing address from last year please notify us immediately with your new address so we can get you the packets to the right location. The renewal period will end on February 1, 2024 so please don't delay. We have a current wait list for stalls and would like to begin placement as soon as possible.
Non compliant members:
Per our records, we'll be sending out non compliance letters to these individuals, again please contact us immediately just in case there's a discrepancy. Non compliance will result in loss of your pit stall. Members from the wait list will be place there. No exceptions.
