The Valley Isle Timing Association would like to inform our racers and fans that our tentatively scheduled June event at Maui Raceway Park has been canceled.
We are currently completing a major LED lighting upgrade project at the drag strip that must be finished by July to comply with our grant agreement with the County of Maui. Our VITA members and volunteers have been working tirelessly to complete this important improvement for our facility.
Once completed, the new LED lighting system will significantly improve racer safety, increase track visibility, and provide a better viewing experience for our spectators.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we invest in the future of Maui Raceway Park.
