Members and volunteers, As part of our preparations for the Endless Summer Cruise event scheduled for August 16, 2025, we are requesting support from our members and volunteers in key roles. Specifically, waiver runners are needed from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm in 2-hour shifts, and four parking attendants are required from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm to manage show entry staging. All work undertaken will contribute to fulfilling VITA work requirements. To confirm your availability, please contact Director Shawn Motonaga to be placed on the workday roster.

⚠ Important Participation Notice:
To accommodate the large volume of show participants, only modified vehicles will be allowed in the show area. Unmodified "Stock" vehicles must park in the designated spectator parking areas. Please utilize the schedule. Be there during designated times. We are trying to avoid everyone trying to enter that park at the same time. Staging will be done in a first-come basis. Clubs are encouraged enter as a group if you want to park together. There will be no saving of spots. Parking attendants will control the event show area. Staggering the entry times will help with gate entry and traffic flow. If its gets busy, please be patient and show some Aloha.
